Activity Passport Prize: Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

1. The Activity Passport Prize (“Prize”) is open to all attendees of Embassy Festival.
2. Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter.

Entry:

1. To enter the Prize draw, participants must complete the Activity Passport available at Embassy Festival.
2. The completed Activity Passport can be kept, but answers must be submitted in our form  using the QR code on the last page of the Activity Passport.
3. Activity passport form must be filled out before 15 September.

Prize Details:

1. The Prize consists of two (2) one-year memberships at Caesar’s Fitness + Spa Resort, The Hague.
2. The Prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

Winner Selection:

1. Must answer all questions correctly to qualify as an eligible entry.
2. One winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
3. The winner will be contacted directly through the contact information provided when filling out the form Activity Passport form online.

Prize Redemption:

1. The winner will receive a voucher or certificate for the Prize.
2. The winner must adhere to Caesar’s Fitness + Spa Resort’s terms and conditions for membership.

Rights and Usage:

1. By entering the Prize draw, participants agree to the use of their name and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes related to Embassy Festival and Caesar Fitness + Spa Resort.

General:

1. The decision of the winner is final and cannot be contested.
2. Embassy Festival reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the Prize draw at any time without prior notice.

Embassy Festival Activity Passport: Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

1. The Embassy Festival Activity Passport (“Activity Passport”) is available to all attendees of Embassy Festival.
2. There is no age restriction to obtain and complete the Activity Passport.

Passport Collection:

1. The Activity Passport can be collected for free at the designated Info Stand at Embassy Festival.
2. Only one Activity Passport per attendee will be provided, unless passports were reserved with our pre-register form before the festival.

Completion and Submission:

1. The Activity Passport must be completed by visiting each participating culture’s area and completing the tasks as outlined.
2. The completed Activity Passport can be kept. However to qualify for the prize, the correct answers must be submitted in our form using the QR code on the last page of the Activity Passport.
3. Activity passport form must be filled out before 15 September

Rights and Usage:

1. By participating in the Activity Passport, attendees grant Embassy Festival the right to use and share their participation in the activity passports for promotional and marketing purposes.

General:

1. Embassy Festival reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the Activity Passport initiative at any time without prior notice.
2. Participation in the Embassy Festival Activity Passport implies agreement to these terms and conditions. It is recommended to read the terms carefully before participating.
