LIFTING GLOBAL CULTURE
The festival highlights the cultural richness of the participating countries and inspires visitors to meet and experience each other’s cultures. The Embassy Festival showcases that culture connects people and embodies togetherness and amazement.
The festival on the Lange Voorhout will fully commence on Saturday from 12:00 with several stages, the Kids Compound and the International Market. Stroll by the market with beautifully decorated stands selling artefacts, jewellery, clothing, food and drinks. Or enjoy one of the Embassy Festival stages with for example a band or artist from your country or a traditional dance group that resides in The Netherlands.
Every year, the Embassy Festival has created a wave of global culture, at the Lange Voorhout in The Hague. Thousands of visitors tempt their senses through an exploration of international music, cuisine and culture in a varied, free-of-charge programme that delights and entertains audiences of all ages. An innovative programme featuring pop, jazz, folk and classical music, as well as culinary delights, theatre, literature, art and activities spanning all corners of the globe.
The Embassy Festival is organised in close cooperation with the Municipality of The Hague and the city’s many embassies, spotlighting the different cultures that reside in the Dutch administrative capital.

Last week we had our second edition of the Embassy Festival Tour. Guests were invited to visit 4 of the participating embassies. Czech Republic, Rwanda, Latvia, Estonia, Azerbaijan and Bolivia. Each embassy had a program and a tour organised inside their embassies for our guests to enjoy. From history tours to dancing and singing, and from meeting ambassadors to VR glasses! And lets not forget the tasty snacks and drinks! Did you join us on the tour?
