Capture Culture Competition: Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

1. The Capture Culture Competition (“Competition”) is open to all attendees of Embassy Festival 2023.
2. Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
3. Employees of Embassy Festival, RwandAir, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Entry:

1. To enter, participants must create and share a photo or video that captures their cultural pride during Embassy Festival 2023.
2. Entries must be posted on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.
3. Participants must follow and have liked both Embassy Festival (@EmbassyFestival) and RwandAir’s (@FlyRwandair) official pages on the respective social media platform.
4. Posting deadline for eligibility to win is the 1st of October 2023

Tagging:

1. Each entry must include the hashtags #EmbassyFestival2023 and #FlyRwandair in the caption.
2. The hashtags are essential for identifying and tracking entries.

Prize:

1. One winner will be selected by a committee based on creativity, authenticity, and impact of the entry.
2. The winner will receive two (2) round-trip tickets for economy flights from Brussels to Kigali, Rwanda, courtesy of RwandAir.
3. The prize includes airfare only and does not cover any other expenses such as accommodation, meals, or transportation.
4. The winner will be contacted directly through social media and announced on the Embassy Festival’s official website and social media channels.
5.  Prize is subject to availability at time of booking
6. The Prize Winner must take the Prize as offered. The Prize is not transferable, redeemable, refundable, and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Rights and Usage:

1. By entering the competition, participants grant Embassy Festival and RwandAir the right to use and share their submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes.
2. Participants retain ownership of their content.

General:

1. The decision of the committee is final and cannot be contested.
2. The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.
3. Embassy Festival reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
4. By entering the Capture Culture Competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions. It is recommended to read the terms carefully before participating.

Activity Passport Prize – Caesar’s Fitness + Spa Resort: Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

1. The Activity Passport Prize (“Prize”) is open to all attendees of Embassy Festival 2023.
2. Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter.

Entry:

1. To enter the Prize draw, participants must complete the Activity Passport available at Embassy Festival 2023.
2. The completed Activity Passport can be kept, but answers must be submitted in our form  using the QR code on the last page of the Activity Passport.
3. Activity passport form must be filled out before 1st of October 2023

Prize Details:

1. The Prize consists of two (2) one-year memberships at Caesar’s Fitness + Spa Resort, The Hague.
2. The Prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

Winner Selection:

1. Must answer all questions correctly to qualify as an eligible entry.
2. One winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
3. The winner will be contacted directly through the contact information provided when filling out the form Activity Passport form online.

Prize Redemption:

1. The winner will receive a voucher or certificate for the Prize.
2. The winner must adhere to Caesar’s Fitness + Spa Resort’s terms and conditions for membership.

Rights and Usage:

1. By entering the Prize draw, participants agree to the use of their name and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes related to Embassy Festival and Caesar Fitness + Spa Resort.

Activity Passport

Embassy Festival Activity Passport: Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

1. The Embassy Festival Activity Passport (“Activity Passport”) is available to all attendees of Embassy Festival 2023.
2. There is no age restriction to obtain and complete the Activity Passport.

Passport Collection:

1. The Activity Passport can be collected for free at the designated Info Stand at Embassy Festival 2023.
2. Only one Activity Passport per attendee will be provided, unless passports were reserved with our pre-register form before the festival.

Completion and Submission:

1. The Activity Passport must be completed by visiting each participating culture’s area and completing the tasks as outlined.
2. The completed Activity Passport can be kept. However to qualify for the prize, the correct answers must be submitted in our form using the QR code on the last page of the Activity Passport.
3. Activity passport form must be filled out before 1st of October 2023

Rights and Usage:

1. By participating in the Activity Passport, attendees grant Embassy Festival the right to use and share their participation in the activity passports for promotional and marketing purposes.

General:

1. Embassy Festival reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the Activity Passport initiative at any time without prior notice.
2. Participation in the Embassy Festival Activity Passport implies agreement to these terms and conditions. It is recommended to read the terms carefully before participating.
