Our Collective Commitment & Stance:

 

The Embassy Festival is a testament to the power of culture to unite us. We uphold principles of inclusivity, respect and mutual understanding. Our stance is final: participation in the Embassy Festival requires a commitment to our principles of peaceful coexistence and cultural celebration. Drawing inspiration from the Olympic Games, we aim to foster an environment where cultural expressions flourish, free from diplomatic tensions.

House Rules:

 

To ensure a safe environment for all visitors, we have established house rules that must be followed. If these rules are not adhered to, you will be asked to leave the premises immediately.

 

– Please follow the instructions of EF staff at all times
– No glassware on the premises
– No weapons, drugs, or fireworks
– Dispose of your waste in the designated bins
– No disruptive or offensive behavior
– No demonstrations
– No unwelcome advances
– No aggression, discrimination, or racism
– No public intoxication
– No offensive clothing
– Bicycles, mopeds, and scooters are not allowed on the premises
– By entering the event grounds, you automatically accept these house rules

 

 

Participation Criteria:

 

Participation signifies an agreement to join us in this vision of unity and celebration, free from constraints. Should there be reluctance to participate within these guidelines, we will respectfully withdraw our invitation from those who are unable to commit to our shared vision.

The Embassy Festival carefully curates the cultural essence and aesthetics of the event, while retaining the prerogative to adjust or decline initiatives and activities proposed by participants. Our festival serves as a platform for celebrating culture, emphasizing a space free from (geo-)political discussions.

The Embassy Festival prioritizes the safety and well-being of all attendees, participants, and staff members. Hence, we kindly request compliance with all safety instructions provided.

In the interest of maintaining a secure environment, the Embassy Festival reserves the right to decline participation to prospective parties if concerns arise regarding the safety of visitors or fellow participants.

By engaging in the Embassy Festival, participants kindly consent to abide by the Embassy Festival Agreement, encompassing rates, code of conduct, and general terms and conditions.
