A beautiful Qvevri wine that combines the tradition of Georgian wine with the European method of aging in oak. The result is a wine of very high quality and a real taste experience. The winery Winiveria combines the traditional Qvevri method with the current European method where ripening takes place in oak barrels. The result is a fantastic wine, with both the strength and taste of the Saperavi grape. It develops well during the fermentation in the Qvevri, the tannins are also softened during the 12 months resting on oak. Only a small number of bottles of this fantastic wine have been bottled.
